Chapter 2: Not Just For Entertainment
-6 months later-
A ray of light peaked over the eastern mountains signalling the start to a new day in Equestria. Early birds sang to one another in the brisk morning air creating a beautiful symphony. Earth ponies woke up early and happily cultivated their land, watching as the fruits of their labour sprout up from the dirt. Everything was peaceful, life working in perfect harmony--for most ponies anyway. A large stadium stood in the shadow of the great mountain that housed the capitol city of Equestria. It was a massive structure: ten stories high and about the size of three Hoof-ball fields. The outer wall was built from a strange purple stone only found in the northern dog mines. Chapter Two: The Bond
Sleep did not come easy to the beautiful mare. Rarity twisted and turned, desperate to try and get some decent sleep for once before the sun rose over the horizon to signal the beginning of another dreadful day in Ponyville. She knew that Twilight Sparkle was not going to round up the girls - it was the same story every night. Rarity did not know how to explain it but she knew that her younger sister was still alive and she was going to find her, with or without the aid of her so-called 'friends'.
The unicorn slumped out of bed just as the the first ray of sunlight peaked through her bedroom curtains. Much like the rest of the boutique, her bedroom was a complete mess - dresses and beauty products lay scattered across the hardwood floor. Rarity didn't care though, not anymore. She slowly made her way to, what she considered, the most important piece of furniture - the vanity mirror.
Rarity was startled at the grizzly sight before her, baggy eye
Forever Lost Chapter 1Darkness. The darkness was every where, concealing everything that lurked in this dreadful forest. No matter how hard she tried, Rarity could not penetrate the curtain of black with her magic. She slowly walked down a dirt path, rotting trees lined each side with terrifying faces that constantly watched her. Birds called out over head but instead of being calls of beautiful songs, they were twisted into something incomprehensible. The whole scene had Rarity extremely nervous, so much filth threatening to soil her perfect beauty. Normally, she would have tried her hardest to escape the unclean environment but she was looking for something, some pony. She needed to find her, the one filly she cared most about.Forever Lost Chapter 1 by ~EpicRarity
"Sweetie Belle? Sweetie Belle, where are you dear?!" She called out. She could hear faint whispers of the young filly's voice in the distance calling out for help. Rarity broke into a gallop but no matter how far Rarity ran it did not seem like she was getting any closer to
A Dream Come TrueToday was the day. After months of hard work practicing flying manoeuvres it was all finally going to pay off. The Wonderbolts have been looking for a new member and today they were holding auditions in the entertainment district in Canterlot.A Dream Come True by ~EpicRarity
Spitfire was sitting at the kitchen table, scarfing down an extra large bowl of oats while listening to her mothers constant nagging about safety.
"Don't talk to strangers! Make sure to ask a guard if you get lost! Avoid the alleyways, especially the dark ones...!" the list just went on and on. Spitfire barely listened but she understood her mother's worry. This was the first time that the young yellow filly was going to Canterlot alone, her father convinced her mother that she was old enough to take care of herself. Still, that did not cease the barrage of warnings.
"Don't worry mom, we have been to Canterlot millions of times. I know it like the back of my hoof!" Spitfire reassured.
"She'll be fine, dear." Spitfire's father interjected w
